I take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your booking(s) and to provide the products and services you have requested from me. For your convenience, I have detailed below how your data is collected and used by me, and which third-party data processors I use in my business workflow.
Buying Prints
When you buy products such as prints from me, your details are used to administer the shipment of products.
The following data-processors / data-controllers are used in each product & service transaction:
Website: Squarespace
Squarespace takes care of recording all product & service purchases. It records all the information you are asked to provide as part of your purchase. But it does not store your bank card details. In fact your bank card details are never known by Squarespace or by me and are encrypted and passed on to Stripe which is the payment processor I use. Your order details are kept on my squarespace account indefinitely for administration purposes.

Product & Services notifications / confirmations: Gmail
All product & service purchases are sent to my gmail account where they live indefinitely. As part of my booking process I record your name, address, age, sex, date of birth, appropriate medical information and next of kin. Should you wish me to remove your booking record from my email, please contact me and I will delete it.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to my newsletter, I will hold on to your email address.
The following data-processor / data-controller is used to administer my newsletter:
Newsletter & Campaigns: Squarespace
Squarespace Campaigns is used to maintain my newsletter mailing list and to send out my newsletter campaigns. Squarespace Campaigns does not share your details with any other third parties.
When you subscribe to my newsletter, you can cancel you subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this by an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every newsletter e-mail sent out to you.
